MISSION : CCD enables to empower target community through capacity building of the community based organizations, SHGs, women and peoples' associations leading towards sustainable development promoting effective natural resources, gender equity, and sustainable livelihood initiatives ensuring food security emphasizing on participatory, democratic and transparent governance with holistic approaches.
